Lala's Argentine Grill

I celebrated my nomination last night in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a magnificent evening and the place was unquestionably the reason for the strong event. The waiters cooperated in a sweet style, the food was appetizing and my guests were very delighted. We shall absolutely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.

I have ordered from Lala’s several times and it’s always been good. Tonight, however, it was beyond disgraceful. I ordered their Entrana (skirt steak). There was no description but the photo showed a large steak with salad and potatoes for $29.65. What arrived were two small pieces of meat (together weighed just under 4 ounces) and some potatoes. That’s it. When Grubhub contacted them they refused to do anything about it. Fortunately, the rest of the order was up to par, so no one went hungry. I spent over $100 on this order and would expect a $30 steak to be worth it. You can order their empanadas and salad - steer clear of the more expensive entrees - you’ll get burned.

Our server Lili was AMAZING. I couldn't finish my meal (portions are very generous) and had to make a show, and she offered to keep it in their fridge so I could come back and grab it. Really made sure I had every opportunity to get my money's worth. Never had this level of service before, even at a five-star restaurant.

Amazing service all around, our server Alessandro took care of us as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. The Tabla de Carnes and empanadas were extremely delicious. Cant wait to go back!!!

LaLa's is a great little restaurant for good food at reasonable prices. Service was good, it was timely but not intrusive. Place started to get busy around 7pm, which increased the noise level making it somewhat difficult for conversations. Food was fresh, skirt steak was prepared as ordered, empanada was excellent and the bread ranks up there as some of the best in the area.

This is one of the places that is charging gratuity with out asking first and when I reviewed the bill it wasn’t the lowest one!!! Be aware!! I’m not coming back!! It was my first time in that place and the last one !! By the way we were a party of 6!

This is a picture of what my wife had. The food was delicious! The service was good. The place was clean also. I definitely recommend it. Be aware that parking might be a little difficult on the street so valet parking ($10) in the back of the restaurant might be your best option. The expect to pay $15-25 per plate.

My first LA restuarant in 2007, and just as satisfying 12 years later. Not super fancy...just tasty. I always look forward to visiting when I'm out west for work.

If I'm in need of a fix for Argentinian food and my parents haven't cooked up a dish or I'm in the neighborhood this is where I go. The beef empanadas, although not quite up to par with the ones from home miss the mark for me, but are pretty good. Service is friendly, the atmosphere is just the right vibe to sit and enjoy a beer with a book, or thanks to it's prime location in Melrose, people watch and hang with friends. Not super excited about their non-compostable to go containers either. Food portions are worth the value and usually big enough for some leftovers to warm up later or the next day. I recommend any version of the milanesa with some fries ❤️

The salmon fettucini.. wow wow wow!! the rice it comes with is also delicious.. the presentation rocks!
